Admire ABA is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to lead the design of care plans and supervise behavior technicians. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating behavior intervention plans tailored to client needs in a collaborative setting.

The BCBA will supervise staff, provide ongoing training, and ensure delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services across diverse settings, driving positive outcomes for clients and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with Maryland LBA eligibility or current licensure.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans across diverse settings.
• Strong communication skills for families and team members.
• Proficiency with data collection, analysis, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Lead and supervise RBTs and junior staff.
• Provide training and ongoing support to families and caregivers.
• Analyse data to assess programme effectiveness and adjust interventions.
