Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring BCBA clinicians to provide direct and indirect supervision, design and update ABA curricula, and implement data-driven program changes across in-home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes parent and staff training, collaboration with admin teams, and a focus on quality care for children on the autism spectrum. Flexible schedules and strong clinical support are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent
• Active BCBA certification is required
• LBA license required for practice in the state
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is essential

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
• Review session notes and clinical reports
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality
