Job summary

Vibrant ABA is dedicated to expanding access to ABA services for children with autism and their families. As a BCBA, you will lead the clinical direction of cases, ensuring thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment while partnering with families and mentoring the care team.

This role emphasizes clinical leadership, supervision of RBTs/BTs, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with caregivers. We offer flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN) and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered BCBA Certification.
• Active New York State LBA credential.
• Medicaid credentialing in New York State.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and meaningful goals
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs through virtual and other appropriate methods
• Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration
• Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance
