Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in South Jordan, UT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, design PBIPs, and supervise Behavior Technicians across home, school, and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven intervention design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine ABA service needs.
• Develop and implement individualized PBIPs based on client needs.
• Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians during sessions.
• Coordinate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive interventions.
• Coordinate with insurance for assessments, treatment plan reviews, and authorizations.
• Lead staff training and ongoing supervision, and participate in team meetings.
