Golden Care Therapy is seeking a part-time (with possibilities for full-time) BCBA to supervise ABA therapists and design individual intervention plans in Florida. You will analyze data, review progress, and adapt programs while coordinating with families and the administrative team.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing professional development with free CEUs, and involvement in per diem ABA service delivery across home settings in the state.

Formación

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience required.
• Ability to supervise ABA Therapists to cases.
• Strong data analysis and program design skills.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct/indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
• Design behavior intervention plans and review session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, techs, and administration.
• Conduct assessments as needed.
