Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem ABA services in Florida. The role offers $60.00–$88.00 per hour with potential for part-time or full-time hours, depending on needs.

You will supervise behavioral therapists, design and review behavior intervention plans, analyze ABA data, and maintain clear communication with families, techs, and administration, while conducting assessments as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Per diem ABA therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
• Design behavior intervention plans and clinically review session notes on a regular basis.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, techs, and administration.
• Conduct assessments as needed.
