Golden Care Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our per diem/part-time team serving clients in Florida. The role involves supervising therapists, designing behavior intervention plans, reviewing session notes, analyzing ABA data, and communicating with families and staff.

We offer a pay rate of $60.00–$85.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, and professional development through free CEUs. Prior BCBA licensure and at least 1 year of ABA experience are required.

Formación

• BCBA licensure is required in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience.
• Ability to supervise behavior therapists and review sessions.
• Strong communication with families, clinicians, and admin.

About BIFA:

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services for clients throughout the State of Florida. We're looking for BCBAs to join our team to provide per diem ABA services.

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We take pride in our company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.
