Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Fayetteville, NC team. We provide evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism, centering assent-based treatment and family partnership.

Expect both part-time and full-time opportunities with strong supervision and collaborative support to ensure effective programs. Collaborative leaders guide clinicians across LEARN Behavioral, a nationwide network known for 10+ years of leadership in ABA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Excellent professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure safety of clients and others involved in each case.

Formation

Master’s degree or higher

BCBA certification or exam within 3 months

2+ years experience with autism or developmental disabilities

Licensure/registration as required by local statutes
