Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fayetteville, NC to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. The role requires supervision of RBTs, collaboration with families, and adherence to ethical standards in a supportive clinic environment.

The position offers flexible, but on-site shifts in Fayetteville, with a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for bonuses and professional development.

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification is required.
Master’s degree in ABA or a related field is required.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs is required.

Responsibilities
