Priorities in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism. You will supervise clinicians, write reports, and guide treatment plans rooted in assent-based care.

The role requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification with at least two years of relevant experience, plus collaboration with families and multi-team support across our LEARN network.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Licensure/registration as required to deliver behavior treatment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for families.
• Ensure safety of clients and others involved in each case.
