Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA programs for children, ensuring ethical, individualized treatment and strong outcomes across center-based services.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and providing clinical oversight.
• Ability to design and oversee treatment plans and ensure ethical, person-centered programming.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization goals totaling ~25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
