Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are building a teaching hospital for pediatric therapy, driving excellence in outcomes and clinician development across centers.

Our BCBAs work with 6-8 clients, maintain ethical, individualized programming, and supervise behavior technicians. We offer competitive pay, on-site hours, and opportunities for growth, with a focus on collaboration with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• TB test and fingerprint clearance prior to employment.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling an average of 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home setting.
• Maintain relationships with parents of current clients and conduct caretaker collaboration and training sessions as assigned.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs including supervising behavior technicians.
