Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a BCBA for our Arizona centers, including Tempe, to lead ABA programs, supervise technicians, and train caregivers. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule (8:15am–4:45pm), competitive pay, and opportunities in our PEBBL research lab. No travel required.

You will drive outcomes, support clinicians, and advance the use of data in treatment planning, with strong emphasis on ethical, individualized care and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required to practice.
• Active licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Fingerprint clearance and TB test prior to employment.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (average 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training per client.
• Design and oversee ABA programs and supervise behavior technicians.
• Document all activities per BACB guidelines and funder requirements.
