Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a BCBA to lead ABA programs for children in our Arizona centers. This role emphasizes clinician collaboration, outcome-focused treatment planning, and supervision of staff, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals and oversee 25 billable hours weekly.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and BACB supervision hours.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
• Ensure ethical, individualized client programming and data documentation.
