Job summary

True Progress Therapy in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated ABA team. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and supervise Behavior Technicians while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification with BACB, and experience working with children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with children with ASD and related conditions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
