Helping Hands Family in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks a BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills; able to work in a clinic-based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, ~28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to troubleshoot cases.
