Autism Learning Partners is hiring a BCBA for New Jersey to lead supervision of Behavior Technicians and design effective ABA programs. You will conduct FBAs, adjust interventions, and educate families while advancing clinical excellence in a supportive, mentorship-rich environment.

The role offers a path to mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and remote-friendly schedules with in-person collaboration as needed. First-year earnings exceed $110k with base $82k–$100k depending on experience and geography.

Qualifications

• Board-certified behavior analyst with active certification from BACB.
• Active LBA certification in New Jersey per state Board requirements.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure fidelity to treatment plans.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs addressing client needs and parent education.
• Evaluate progress and adapt interventions to optimize client outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative, growth-focused environment and support staff development.
