Job summary

BLUEPRINT BEHAVIORAL CONNECTIONS, LLC is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in New Jersey and/or New York. This fully remote role will allow you to make a real difference in the lives of clients facing behavioral challenges.

Your responsibilities will include assessing clients, developing treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians, and providing family training. The position offers competitive pay of $80-$90 per hour along with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on ABA principles.
• Provide training and support to families to enhance client outcomes.
• Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
