Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Clinic BCBA in Silver Spring, MD to manage caseloads, provide supervision to ABA staff, and develop behavior support plans aligned with client goals. In-person work is required with travel up to 10 hours per week as needed to support families and classrooms.

The role requires a valid BCBA, MD LBA, and a Master’s in ABA or related field, with experience in autism services and family training. Sign-on bonus available after 90 days of probation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and board eligibility in the US.
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload and meet billable utilization hours.
• Provide supervision to ABA therapists and RBTs.
• Develop and implement behavior support plans and data collection.
