Job summary

Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES), PC in Silver Spring, MD seeks a BCBA to lead ABA treatment across clinic and home settings. The role requires active supervision of RBTs, data-driven program updates, and collaboration with families and schools.

In-person service is required in the Washington metropolitan area with a hybrid schedule. Competitive compensation with a sign-on bonus reflects experience and clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Maryland LBA or eligibility for licensure required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for ABA services to children/adolescents with ASD.
• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Create and update BIPs and monitor progress with data.
• Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver coaching.
• Complete treatment plans and reauthorizations, and collaborate with families and schools.
