Therapy & Beyond is seeking a BCBA for our The Woodlands clinic to deliver life-changing, individualized care with high clinical support and minimized admin work. Enjoy a $90,000 base salary plus a rewarding quarterly bonus, limited caseloads, and strong administrative support in a multidisciplinary team.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates moving to the Magnolia/Greater Houston area.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Texas or eligible to obtain.
• A compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs).
• Foster a team-based approach with families and therapy partners.
• Design, monitor, and analyze data collection to assess treatment efficacy.
• Lead parent training sessions and staff development.
• Manage crisis and safety to maintain a therapeutic environment.
