Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a full-time BCBA in Conroe, TX, to lead clinical excellence with minimal administrative burdens and a supportive, collaborative team.

You will supervise BCBA candidates, mentor junior staff, and partner with families and on-site SLPs/OTs to deliver data-driven, individualized care. The position offers premium compensation and relocation support for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Texas (or eligible).
• Compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or mentoring future clinicians.

Responsibilities
