Ability Builders in Houston seeks a compassionate, data-driven BCBA to lead center-based ABA services. You will design and oversee treatment, mentor therapists, and partner with families and interdisciplinary team members to drive meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, supervising RBTs, and ensuring data-based progress decisions, while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to BACB ethics and Texas guidelines. Competitive salary and daytime schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Texas LBA eligibility preferred/required per state guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee center-based ABA programming with fidelity and clinical excellence.
• Supervise, train, and provide ongoing feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Monitor progress using data-based decision making and adjust programs accordingly.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Maintain timely documentation meeting payer and ethical standards.
• Uphold BACB Ethics Code and state regulations.
