Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is a leading BCBA-owned ABA clinic in Conroe, TX. The BCBA will deliver life-changing, individualized care while our centralized admin team handles billing and paperwork, enabling a focus on clinical excellence.

We offer premium compensation with a base salary of $90,000 plus a quarterly bonus, manageable caseloads, strong mentorship, relocation assistance, generous PTO and holidays, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Texas.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or mentoring clinicians.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and mentor BCBAs and candidates.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and therapy partners to deliver care.
• Design and monitor data-driven treatment plans and outcomes.
