Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas or eligible to obtain.
• Compassionate professional who values teamwork and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Train, supervise, and mentor BCBA staff and candidates.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary partners.
• Design and monitor data collection and treatment efficacy.
• Conduct parent training and professional development for staff.
• Maintain crisis safety and a supportive therapeutic environment.
