Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team in Michigan. You will design and implement ABA programs for children with autism, using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance and FBA assessments to inform treatment plans.

We offer a competitive salary of $82,000–$88,000 per year plus bonuses, comprehensive benefits, unlimited PTO, student loan repayment and professional growth opportunities, with travel and tech reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA credential with a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related field.
• At least 1 year designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.
