Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team in the United States. The role offers a salary range of $88,000–$94,000 per year plus bonuses and a broad benefits package.

We value BCBAs with hands-on experience in ABA programs for children with autism and proficiency with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments. Competitive rewards include paid leave and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master’s in ABA or related field.
• At least 1 year of designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATs/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.
