Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding ABA team in Maryland. The role offers a competitive salary range of $88,000–$94,000 per year plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will design and implement ABA programs for children with autism, using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments. We value your expertise and support ongoing education with stipends, paid leave, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies
