Champions ABA - CT is seeking a BCBA to design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism in home and community settings. You will work closely with a team of RBTs, BAs, and parents to deliver high-quality therapy services that promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth.

As part of the role, you will supervise and mentor team members, collaborate with families and professionals, conduct progress assessments, and provide ABA consultations.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BAs to ensure high-quality therapy services.
• Collaborate with parents and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide consultation to parents and other professionals on ABA best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
