ABA Centers of Connecticut is a leading provider of ABA therapy dedicated to delivering outcomes for individuals with autism and their families. We are growing and seeking a BCBA to design and oversee behavior-analytic programs and supervise RBTs and caregivers.

You will conduct assessments, supervise BCBA candidates weekly, and contribute to a collaborative clinical team within our Glastonbury, CT location. Ongoing professional development is supported.

Formación

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA duties.
