Job summary

Best Ever ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, and contribute to program growth.

Join a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional client care. Travel to clients' homes is required as part of providing in-home services and community-based supports.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current board certification in Behavior Analysis.
• Strong clinical and analytical abilities with evidence-based practice.
• Experience mentoring BCaBAs and RBTs preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans tailored to each child.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and challenges and develop interventions.
• Mentor and supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, ensuring quality care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay updated with industry developments to improve services.
• Travel to clients' homes and other locations as needed.
