Job summary

Ambitions ABA is hiring a BCBA to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support families. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work with educators and service providers. A flexible schedule and opportunities for growth are offered in a supportive team environment in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification
• Proficient with various assessment methods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities
• Passion for working with children and families

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary
