Job summary

Sunshine School & Development Center is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our ABA program in Rogers, AR. You will supervise RBTs, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and staff to drive progress across school and home environments.

The role offers a full-time/part-time schedule with quarterly incentive options and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation starts at $75,000–$87,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Credentialed BCBA with Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
• Experience supervising RBTs and exam candidates.
• Experience with preschool children or developmental delays preferred.
• Strong assessment, program design, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of RBTs with evidence-based, individualized treatment.
• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Implement interventions such as one-on-one therapy, family treatment, group instruction, and classroom consultation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary staff to support progress.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans; provide staff/family training.
