Job summary

Springboard ABA in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services for children across Arkansas, supervise RBTs, and build individualized treatment plans with families.

This role offers flexible scheduling, a hybrid in-home/work-from-home documentation model, competitive compensation of $85,000–$95,000 per year, professional development, CEU opportunities, and potential part-time options that can transition to full-time.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (required)
• Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required)
• Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills
• Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards
