Job summary

Sunshine School & Development Center in Rogers, AR seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our ABA program and oversee evidence-based interventions. You will supervise RBTs, design individualized treatment plans, and ensure high-quality services for students and families.

You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary staff to support progress across classrooms and community settings, monitor outcomes, and provide training to staff and families as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA credential from BACB.
• Experience supervising RBTs and exam candidates.
• Experience with preschool children or developmental delays preferred.
• Strong assessment, program design, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead RBT team with evidence-based treatments.
• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Implement interventions such as one-on-one therapy, family treatment, group instruction, and classroom consultation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary staff to support progress across environments.
• Monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide staff/family training.
