Spectrum of Hope in Magnolia, AR is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and mentor a team of RBTs in center-based ABA services. You'll design individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and partner with families to set meaningful goals and track progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with children or teens with autism.
