Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New York. You will help expand our ABA program supporting individuals with autism and related needs.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising RBTs, coordinating with families and providers, monitoring progress, and updating treatment plans while staying current with ABA research and best practices. All time paid with 65% billable hours.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA licensed (BACB) and eligible to practice.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop BIPs.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families.
• Stay up to date with ABA research and best practices.
