Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and expand our ABA program for individuals with autism and related needs. You will assess, design BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure coordinated care.

The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, ongoing progress monitoring, and staying current with ABA research and best practices within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis.
• BCBA License through the BACB.
• Experience working with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop BIPs.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers to coordinate treatment.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers.
• Stay up to date with ABA research and best practices.
• All time Paid: 65% billable hours during your workweek, 35% non-billable hours

Education

Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis

BCBA License (BACB)

Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Knowledge of ABA principles
