United Care Applied Behavioral Analysis PLLC is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in New York. We are a community-focused provider dedicated to high-quality, ethical ABA services for children with autism, with strong mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required in your state or you must be sitting for the exam within the next 3 months.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in ABA is preferred (1+ years) but new BCBAs are welcome.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for making a difference in children's lives.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to grow with a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and support staff with training.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, preference assessments) and update goals.
• Collaborate with parents to train and integrate goals into daily routines.
• Coordinate care with other professionals to maximize client progress.
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in service delivery.
• Support remote, in-home, and center-based services.
• Participate in clinical quality assurance reviews and supervisor check-ins.
