Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in New York. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families and the clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, NY LBA, and has experience with children in ABA or in-home settings. We emphasize documentation, HIPAA compliance, and staying current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required.
• Medicaid credentialing in New York is preferred.
• Experience working with children in ABA, clinical, or in-home settings.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee and implement evidence-based ABA interventions.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members.
• Supervise RBTs weekly, providing training on ABA goal implementation.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers on home behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.
