Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hybrid ABA services across New York. You will assess, create and oversee treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

The role offers a fully remote setup with flexible scheduling, no caseload caps, and opportunity for LBA licensure expansion with support and reimbursement. A dedicated BCBA Success Manager assists in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
