Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking a highly skilled BCBA to lead and expand our ABA program for individuals with autism and related needs. As a BCBA you will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and other providers.

We value evidence-based interventions, ongoing professional development, and a supportive team environment. Compensation includes 65% billable hours, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis is required.
• BCBA license through BACB.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop BIPs.
• Supervising and training RBTs and other staff members.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other service providers for coordinated care.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers.
• Staying up to date with ABA research and best practices.
• All time Paid: 65% billable hours during your workweek, 35% non-billable hours.
