Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1+ year experience in ABA preferred.
• Experience with ASD highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background and reference checks required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and design Treatment Plans.
• Provide case oversight and supervise RBTs.
• Coach families and educate parents to support skill Generalization.
• Maintain billing and documentation for clinical activities.
• Attend team meetings to review client outcomes and goals.
