Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA treatment programs in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role includes designing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and coordinating client outcomes with senior clinicians to ensure high-quality care for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in ABA preferred.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing.
• Experience with ASD is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs.
• Design Treatment Plans of Care.
• Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Attend team meetings and client outcomes reviews.
• Conduct Family training and education.
