Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in ABA preferred.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing.
• Experience with ASD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs.
• Provide mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs).
• Attend monthly team meetings to review client outcomes.
