Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is seeking ROCKSTAR BCBAs to join our teams across the state of North Carolina. We provide high-quality ABA services and support for families since 2006, with relocation assistance available.

The Behavior Analyst will design and oversee ABA treatment programs, supervise technicians, and ensure fidelity and reliability in service delivery. A BCBA certification and strong leadership skills are essential to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and mentor clinical staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication with families and teams.
• Ability to design and supervise ABA treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Supervise RBTs to ensure fidelity to treatment plans.
• Conduct client assessments and data collection.
• Provide family education and case oversight per BACB standards.
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with leadership.
