Kind Behavioral Health, LLC (KBH) is seeking a passionate BCBA to lead ABA programs in McAdenville, NC. You will supervise RBTs, design treatment plans, and ensure fidelity to BACB standards while collaborating with families and clinicians.

The role emphasizes growth, research opportunities, and a supportive, collaborative culture with a focus on quality care in home and clinic settings.

Competenze

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience with ASD highly preferred.
• Background and reference checks required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs
• Design Treatment Plans of Care
• Design measurement and data collection systems
• Provide case oversight in BACB compliance
• mentor RBTs to support growth and learning
• Attend monthly off-site team RBT meetings
• Attend monthly off-site Client Outcomes review
• Conduct Family training
• Billing and documentation for all clinical activities
• Attend monthly meetings with BCBAs and staff as needed
