Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) in Gastonia, North Carolina is seeking ROCKSTAR BCBAs to join our team delivering life-changing ABA treatment for children with Autism. We emphasize data-driven care, collaborative growth, and a supportive environment where leaders mentor staff and families.

The role involves designing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and overseeing client outcomes while maintaining ethical standards and a strong focus on quality care in home and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• 1+ year ABA experience preferred.
• Experience with ASD is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background and reference check.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs.
• Design Treatment Plans of Care.
• Design measurement and data collection systems.
• Provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB, 20% oversight (or more if requisite).
• Mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care.
• Attend monthly off-site team RBT meetings to drive client outcomes.
• Attend monthly off-site Client Outcomes review.
• Conduct Family training.
• Billing and documentation for all clinical activities, same day as activity.
• Attend regularly scheduled monthly meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed.
