Wisconsin Early Autism Project in West Bend, WI, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee clinicians and clients in evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism. You’ll mentor technicians, write reports, and participate in regional trainings to ensure top-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism.
• Certification/licensure as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure safety of clients and others involved in each case.
• Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
