Job summary

Ability Builders in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy, conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and supervise treatment delivery.

You will collaborate with families, supervise staff, collect data, and adjust plans based on progress. Maryland licensure and BCBA certification are required.

Full-time and part-time positions available; drive time paid at $15/hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Maryland license
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with functional behavior assessments and behavior plans
• Ability to supervise and train staff
